The Tri-University International Joint Seminar & Symposium provides a forum for students, scientists and Engineers to discuss on the following topics:
(1) Population, (2) Food, (3) Energy, and (4) Environment
These topics are deeply related to each other and are all important for the sustainable ， harmonic development and the survival of human beings. Agriculture and technology based on the engineering are the keys, and they must play necessarily an important role for more improved situation leading to the future. It is expected that the 21 th century will be the era of Asia . This is a very good opportunity to promote the mutual understanding of three preparing the countermeasures of the forthcoming era. |

NOTICE FOR AUTHORS |

Authors are requested to prepare full length camera-ready manuscripts in English, according to the following formats.
The length of the paper should not exceed 4 papers. Your paper will be reproduced exactly as you submit it. All papers must be written using SI units of measurement. Manuscripts which do not comply with the above instructions or those which have not been neatly prepared and presented will not be considered. |

The author accepts full responsibility for the scientific content of his paper and ensures that the paper he/she submitted to this Symposium has never been published. The author agrees to hand over his paper to the official rights other than the above-mentioned publication right. |

 For additional participants from Mie University and Chiang Mai University , a conference fee of 1,300 yuan (RMB) or the equivel-ant in US dollar will be charged per person. For all the participants f-rom other universities, the payment will be 1,300 yuan (RMB) or the equivelant in US dollar per person. |
